- Found batteries dead, recharged. Confirmed no start on crank without starting fluid to aide. When started motor runs fairly smooth. Checked codes: P0251 CP3 pump regulator control, P1000 loss of ignition run/ start, P2509 power down data lost error. Checked fuel rail pressures: Actual 686psi/ Desired 5803psi. Checked for power & ground at lift pump, passed. Noted OE fuel filter has been deleted & bypassed. Fass pump 2 fuel filter & sump fuel supply. Recommend replacing CP3 injection pump, fuel regulator, fuel rail and sensors. (all listed parts are OE still)
