    Services Performed
    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check external lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable. Services re usable air filter.
    • Check battery condition and load capacity. Check alternator output and diode waveform. Check for system current draw. Check starter draw and cranking RPM. Noted draw after sitting for a few days. Removed all after market wiring from battery and tested all. All passed tests. Draw is intermittent. Noted Edge tuner screen is not timing out/ shutting down. Removed Edge screen and completed updates. Plugged back in and completed restart, concerns resolved.
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Adjust bands if needed. Renew filter and pan gasket. Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle.
    • Inspected and found after market intake filter housing pushing against radiator pressure relief nipple causing hose to leak. Radiator cap failed pressure test. Relocated filter to prevent leak. Installed new radiator cap. Road tested truck, able to obtain full operational temperature after adding coolant & correcting leak. Cab of truck heated fully, all HVAC functions correct.
    • Inspected multifunction switch for concerns. Unable to re create concerns, all functions work. Due to mileage/ time, recommend replacing multifunction switch.
    • Install A/C test equipment: check A/C system pressures, low, recharged. Check A/C pressure switches, relays, compressor, controls and related power and ground circuits. Found compressor connector wires separated and shorting, secured, recommend new connector harness. Check system for leaks. Check for stored HVAC fault codes. Found A/C clutch relay failed, replaced. Removed and replaced A/C wiring harness.
    • Installed customer supplied license plates. Drilled hole in rear for back up camera.
    • Removed and replaced customer supplied adjustable track bar. Adjusted and road tested.
    • Removed and replaced drag link and connecting tie rod end. Removed and replaced steering damper. Road tested.
    • Removed and replaced wiper switch. Tested all functions.
    • Removed rear driveline and center support bearing. Found boot for yoke worn out, cleaned all parts flipped boot over and re secured. Installed new center support bearing and re installed driveline. Road tested.
    • Replace both batteries. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corosion inhibitor to terminals.
