    Services Performed
    • Checked for codes, none found. Unable to duplicate concern. All 4wd functions normal at this time.
    • Drain transfer case and inspect for debris, refill with new fluid. Check linkage adjustment and for proper transfer case operation.
    • Inspected and found transfer case rear output seal has moderate leak. Removed rear driveline to access seal. Removed and replaced rear output seal. Re installed driveline and road tested. Verified no leaks.
    • Removed PTO covers, cleaned all surfaces. Installed new gaskets and resealed PTO covers. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Drain fluid and remove pan. Inspect for debris and clean pan. Change internal filter and reinstall pan. Change external filter. Refill unit with new fluid. Road test and check for leaks.
    • Removed all parts necessary to access arms. Removed and replaced Idler and Pitman arm. Re installed all removed parts. Road tested.
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Removed all parts necessary to access hydroboost. Removed and replaced hydroboost. Re installed all removed parts. Added fluids to recommended levels. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Removed and replaced both failed third brake light bulbs.
    • Inspected and found both high pressure hoses leaking. Removed and replaced both high pressure power steering hoses. Cleaned area. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Inspected client supplied seat cover. Found cover does not have correct cut outs for power seat controls.
    • Removed and replaced both rear shocks with client supplied shocks. Found 1 client supplied front shock missing upper bushing kit. Installed 1 client supplied front shock. Installed 1 shop supplied front shock on left front. Placed client supplied shock w/ missing bushing kit back into truck for client to return.
    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • Unplug water in fuel sensor and remove existing fuel filter from vehicle. Transfer water in fuel sensor to the new filter and install in vehicle. Prime the system and restart vehicle checking for leaks
