Services Performed
- Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Coolant bottle cap failed pressure test, installed new cap. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check external lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
- Renewed both fuel filters, bled system and started vehicle. Cleaned areas of work and checked for leaks.
- Removed rear tires, calipers, pads, rotors and inspected. Found wheel seal leaking. Removed wheel seals and parking brake shoes. Cleaned area and parking brake shoes. Installed new wheel seals and reinstalled parking brake shoes. Installed new rotors, calipers and pads. Reinstalled tires and bled air from lines. Road tested.
- Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Replace brake calipers. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
- Warranty calipers
- Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
- Rotate all 4 tires per manufactuer recommendation. Inspect for wear and set air pressures.
