Drain water from water separator, remove secondary fuel filter and install new filter. Remove primary fuel filter, clean bowl and install new fuel filter. Purge air from fuel system and start vehicle. Inspect for proper operation

Checked codes: P6263 (stored) cylinder 1 contribution/ balance; P0266 (stored) cylinder 2 contribution/ balance; P6300 (pending) random misfire detected; P6470 (pending) exhaust back pressure sensor circuit malfunction. Buzz checked all injectors on warm day, all injectors passed buzz test. Rechecked on day of cold temperature, all passed buzz test. Cleared codes. Test drove vehicle, no concerns. No codes returned.

Remove both exhaust manifolds for resurfacing. Clean all parting surfaces. Reinstall manifolds with updated gaskets and bolts. Run to operating temperature and recheck for leaks.
Remove, inspect and clean EGR valve assembly. Install EGR system cleaning equipment. Perform EGR system and engine crankcase cleaning procedure. Change engine oil and filter. Check for stored fault codes and reset system. Road test vehicle.
Removed failed turbocharger. Intake tube failed due to degradation. Cleaned area. Installed new turbo charger with new intake tube.
Renew fuel filter and inspect for leaks.

Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Truck presented with Codes P0299 and P0470 which were turbo related in history. These did not come back on test drive. Code P0674 for glow plug #4 malfunction. REcommend replacement of glow plug and the associated harness.
Coolant leak is from a crack in the upper tank of the radiator. Recommend radiator replacement

Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
