- Vehicle Condition Inspection: Visually inspect steering and suspension systems. Inspect exhaust system. Check belts and hoses. Check all fluid levels and condition. Check all external lighting. Check charging and starting systems. Check brakes at all 4 wheels. Check for fault codes. Check for service bulletins and recall notices. Road test vehicle. Check for services due for mileage interval. Consult with customer on recommended services/repairs.
- Technician drained the cooling system, and removed all necessary items. He then installed the new turbo with new studs, oil lines, seals, gaskets, coolant lines, washers and manifold flange gasket. He reassembled everything, filled the coolant and road tested to verify proper operation.
- Remove EGR valve and manually clean. Install chemical delivery equipment and get truck to operating temp. Start chemical treatment and monitor progress. Replace Crankcase breather element. Clear fault codes and road test.
- Removed air horn, all fuel lines and rail. Removed the intake plate and existing heater grid components. Clean all components and install BD Grid update kit and reassemble. Road test to confirm proper operation
- Removed the existing block heater & cord and installed a new component, Labor discounted as coolant already drained for turbo replacement
- Removed the existing serpentine belt and installed a new component. Test for proper tracking.

- Removed components to access the EGR valve. Removed the existing EGR valve and inspected for debris. Installed new EGR valve and gaskets. Top off cooolant, clear codes and test drive to confirm proper operation.
- Removed the upper intake in order to access the broken bolts from EGR tube to exhaust manifold. Drilled, tapped and helicoiled the area and reassembled all.

- Recommend repairing A/C Compressor first.
- Check system for leaks. Check for stored HVAC fault codes. Check A/C pressure switches, relays, compressor, controls and related power and ground circuits. Install A/C test equipment: check A/C system pressures.
- Removed the failing a/c compressor, condenser and flush all of the lines and evap core. Installed new components and recharged the system.
