2020 RAM 1500

At some point the pads were replaced but the clips were not installed with the pads. The omission of the mounting hardware had the brake pads bouncing and banging in the calipers. Installed new brake pad hardware and road test to confirm noise free operation.

- Removed right front inner fender liner, drained and removed fuel filter. Transfer WIF sensor to new fuel filter, installed filter and cleaned area. Reinstalled fender liner and primed filter. Road tested.

Inspected and found left front wheel bearing has severe play. Both front tires have notable uneven wear on inside. Removed left front tire and found even pad wear (8mm), uneven rotor wear. Recommend replacing both front wheel bearings, 4wd hubs, front brakes and tire rotation.
- Removed damaged unit bearings, Integrated wheel ends and brake components. Installed new IWE's and Unit Bearings, Cleaned brake calipers / slides and installed new pads and rotors upon re – assembly. Road test to bed in the brakes and confirm proper operation
- Rotate all 4 tires per manufactuer recommendation. Inspect for wear and set air pressures.

2004 Dodge Pickup

- Removed right front inner gender well, unbolted and removed air box, horn tube to turbo, and inner fan shroud. Cut out failed serpentine belt from around fan clutch. Unbolted tensioner and removed with the remainder of the serpentine belt. Noted the A/C compressor is leaking from behind clutch and fan clutch is leaking. Recommend replacing fan clutch and A/C system. Completed recommended repairs and installed new belt tensioner assembly with serpentine belt. Road tested.
- Removed and replaced fan clutch.
- Evacuate and recover refrigerant from A/C system. Renew A/C compressor, receiver/dryer & orifice tube. Unbolted battery cables and removed right side battery tray. Flush lines, condenser and evaporator core. Install A/C equipment and pull vacuum on system and check for leaks. Cleaned all battery cables and batteries. Reinstalled all removed parts. Recharge system to capacity. Check for proper system operation and check outlet temperatures.
- Removed and replaced A/C condenser.
