- Checked batteries: Left 675cca 12.57v, Right 510cca 12.57v, Les Schwab 9/2021. Recommend replacing batteries.
- Install coolant flushing equipment. Flush and recover old coolant from system. Refill system with new coolant to proper freeze/boil protection. Check for proper thermostat operation. Added DEF, gauge in red & light on. Road test vehicle. Topped off coolant. Allow to sit overnight, may need slight top off from air bubble.
- Replace both batteries. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corrosion inhibitor to terminals.

2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Mileage114,544Service Date10/15/2025Services Performed- Inspection found codes P207F ( 00-06C & 00-EC ) for reductant quality performance. Truck in reduced speed mode due to Emissions fault. Conducted DEF dosing test and DEF quality test. Dosing past at 50ml consistent, but the quality test failed. Dropped the DEF pump and tank assembly. Drained and flushed out the existing DEF fluid. Refilled the system and bled the air form the lines. Cleared codes and test drove. Upon completion of test drive performed a static regen and confirmed system is now working as designed.
- Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling system. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.

- Initial inspection found upper radiator hose pulled flat. Tested radiator cap and found it would hold up to 30PSI before releasing. Installed new radiator cap this visit.
- Drain water from water separator, remove secondary fuel filter and install new filter. Remove primary fuel filter, clean bowl and install new fuel filter. Purge air from fuel system and start vehicle. Inspect for proper operation

2004 Ford Excursion
Mileage216,899Service Date6/27/2025Services Performed- Drained oil and coolant, removed air filter and tubs, coolant reservoir, alternator, FICM, and wiring harness. Found injector wiring harness has broken connectors and wiring has previously been repaired. Removed oil filter and housing, intake, turbo and cleaned area. Removed oil cooler, found silicone in oil cooler. Cleaned block and installed screen, sealed oil cooler to block and sat over night to seal. Removed HPOP, cleaned area and installed replacement HPOP with installation kit. Cleaned intake manifold and installed with new gaskets, reinstalled turbo with new gaskets. Installed new injector wiring harness. Installed new degas reservoir/ heater hose with new clamps. Reinstalled all remaining removed parts with new gaskets/ o rings as needed. Added coolant and oil, installed new oil filter and fuel filter. Primed system and cranked motor. Road tested to operational temperatures and rechecked fluids.
- (Combination) -Engine oil cooler – Remove & Replace
- Removed all parts necessary to access IPR. Removed and replaced IPR. Reinstalled all removed parts and started motor.
- Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling system. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
- Drain water from water separator, remove secondary fuel filter and install new filter. Remove primary fuel filter, clean bowl and install new fuel filter. Purge air from fuel system and start vehicle. Inspect for proper operation
- Removed rear tires, calipers, pads and rotors. Removed contaminated parking brake and failed wheel seals. Cleaned axle tubes and all removed parts. Installed new wheel seals and parking brakes. Reinstalled all removed parts and bled brakes. Road tested.
- Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Removed and replaced sway bar bushings. Road tested.
- Drain transfer case and inspect for debris, refill with new fluid. Check linkage adjustment and for proper transfer case operation.
- Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Drained fluid, removed pan and cleaned pan & mounting surfaces. Removed and replaced internal and spin on filters. Reinstalled transmission pan and added new fluids to recommended levels. Road tested to operational temperatures and rechecked fluid levels.

2006 Chevrolet Silverado
Mileage190,945Service Date6/10/2025Services Performed- Found aftermarket side mirrors. Power Vision. Aftermarket switch installed in driver door by knee area. Checked all operations of mirrors with both switches, normal extension noted. Used OE switch to rotate the mirror glass, slight differences noted in motor functions. Found right side mirror/ glass is broken/ cracked. Left mirror moves in/ out faster than the right side. Back truck into parking spot and noted the mirrors turned down. Verified with shift into drive/ reverse the mirrors adjusted. Checked settings in dash, found driver curb view turned on for mirrors. Adjusted setting to off, mirrors are no longer randomly moving. Recommend replacing mirrors and switch if random movements reoccur.
- Charged batteries over night. Batteries tested & passed.
- Check battery condition and load capacity. Check alternator output and diode waveform. Check for system current draw. Check starter draw and cranking RPM. Found alternator not charging, recommend replacing alternator.
- Found negative cable on the right side battery not connected to battery, only the winch cable is connected. Found battery bolt extender is stripped, installed new bolt. Installed battery maintainer on left side battery area by fuse box, routed plug to left front corner of motor and secured wiring. Verified correct operations.
- Removed and replaced alternator, recharged batteries and retested system.
- Slight seepage at left side differential seal. Right front outer CV axle boot is slinging grease, boot is hard and cracked. Recommend replacing CV axle.
- Removed tire, dust cover, CV axle shaft cut, bolts and front sway bar link. Cleaned ares and removed & replaced axle. Reinstalled all removed parts. Road tested.

No freeze frame data available for codes. Cleared all codes and monitored live data info for Nox sensor. Road tested to operational temperatures. Attempted to perform regeneration, failed due to DPF differential pressure, soot load at 0. Distance since last DPF regeneration was 34.18 miles ago. Rechecked for codes after road test, none found. Due to history of codes: recommend replacing 9th injector (Indirect injector).
- Removed intake air tube, top of air box, inner fender lines, and 9th injector. Disconnected electrical connectors and bracket bolt from fuel line. Installed new injector and reinstalled all removed parts. Cleared codes and road tested to operational temperatures, no codes returned.

Checked for power & ground at lift pump, passed. Noted OE fuel filter has been deleted & bypassed. Fass pump 2 fuel filter & sump fuel supply. Recommend replacing CP3 injection pump, fuel regulator, fuel rail and sensors. (all listed parts are OE still)
