Removed and replaced both fuel filters. Found water separator drain valve tabs broken allowing to spin freely and leaking. Installed new drain valve and cleaned area.

Remove both exhaust manifolds for resurfacing. Clean all parting surfaces. Reinstall manifolds with updated gaskets and bolts. Run to operating temperature and recheck for leaks.
Resurface exhaust manifolds – CES
Rear drive line – Remove & Install for rebuild/ rebalance
Straightened and balanced tubes, replaced u joints and center support bearing. Inv # 348435
Replaced the power steering pressure hoses and bled air from system. Cleaned affected areas and test for proper operation.
Removed existing degas bottle and installed a new component. Refill with coolant and test for proper operation.

Pulled vehicle into shop, confirmed steering stiffness, noted ABS light on and stabilitrac message warning. Checked codes: U0415 invalid data received from antilock brake system control moduleA, C0030 left front tone wheel, C0051 steering wheel position sensor. Inspected and found left front wheel bearing has severe play. Both front tires have notable uneven wear on inside. Removed left front tire and found even pad wear (8mm), uneven rotor wear. Recommend replacing both front wheel bearings, 4wd hubs, front brakes and tire rotation.
Removed damaged unit bearings, Integrated wheel ends and brake components. Installed new IWE's and Unit Bearings, Cleaned brake calipers / slides and installed new pads and rotors upon re – assembly. Road test to bed in the brakes and confirm proper operation
Rotate all 4 tires per manufactuer recommendation. Inspect for wear and set air pressures.

Radiator leaking
Drained coolant, disconnected lower and upper hoses. Disconnected transmission cooler lines from radiator and removed broken shroud (noted grill is also broken). Removed and replaced radiator. Connected all hoses and lines. Installed shroud and filled coolant. Road tested to operational temperatures.

Noted: Air bag light on in dash
Inspection found serpentine belt failed. Parts of belt wrapped around alternator, crank and oil pump behind crank. Drained coolant, removed radiator, intercooler, fan and shroud to access crank pulley. Removed crank pulley and broken parts of belt. Inspected all pulleys and tensioner, no concerns found. Installed new belt and re installed all removed parts. Added fluids to recommended levels and road tested.
