    Services Performed
    • Client would like all belts changed. Hoses are OE, check and replace if needed. – Look over
    • Removed right front inner gender well, unbolted and removed air box, horn tube to turbo, and inner fan shroud. Cut out failed serpentine belt from around fan clutch. Unbolted tensioner and removed with the remainder of the serpentine belt. Noted the A/C compressor is leaking from behind clutch and fan clutch is leaking. Recommend replacing fan clutch and A/C system. Completed recommended repairs and installed new belt tensioner assembly with serpentine belt. Road tested.
    • Removed and replaced fan clutch.
    • Evacuate and recover refrigerant from A/C system. Renew A/C compressor, receiver/dryer & orifice tube. Unbolted battery cables and removed right side battery tray. Flush lines, condenser and evaporator core. Install A/C equipment and pull vacuum on system and check for leaks. Cleaned all battery cables and batteries. Reinstalled all removed parts. Recharge system to capacity. Check for proper system operation and check outlet temperatures.
    • Removed and replaced A/C condenser.

    • Inspected key, excessively worn. Installed key in ignition start and stopped motor with key multiple times with no concerns. Found that key will pull out in any position while motor is running. Checked and cleared codes. Removed and replaced ignition lock cylinder, set to match current key/ lock. Tested key with and without motor running.

    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – R3500 Engine
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Cleaned off possible leak at oil cooler, recheck next visit
    • During inspection found coolant leak at bypass hose for delete. Added an additional clamp and tightened old clamp. Topped off coolant.

    • Install A/C test equipment: check A/C system pressures. Check A/C pressure switches, relays, compressor, controls and related power and ground circuits. Check system for leaks. Check for stored HVAC fault codes. B1058 door control performance, B105D door travel too large (stored). Tested door functions, no concerns found. A/C low on freon, recharged. Added dye to system for future diagnostics. Removed and replaced schrader valve in both lines.
    • Checked connections on tail lights, found corrosion. Cleaned and applied dielectric grease. No further concerns found.

    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Check engine light on. Codes: P0628 low voltage detected at fuel lift pump. Recommend replacing fuel lift pump on side of fuel bowl or in tank conversion.
    • Renew fuel filter and inspect for leaks.
    • Removed pump on fuel bowl & installed conversion kit. Mounted relay and wired in update. Tested system, normal operations.
    • Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Replace brake calipers. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

    • Check battery condition and load capacity. Check alternator output and diode waveform. Check for system current draw. Check starter draw and cranking RPM. Noted draw after sitting for a few days. Removed all after market wiring from battery and tested all. All passed tests. Draw is intermittent. Noted Edge tuner screen is not timing out/ shutting down. Removed Edge screen and completed updates. Plugged back in and completed restart, concerns resolved.
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Adjust bands if needed. Renew filter and pan gasket. Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle.
    • Inspected and found after market intake filter housing pushing against radiator pressure relief nipple causing hose to leak. Radiator cap failed pressure test. Relocated filter to prevent leak. Installed new radiator cap. Road tested truck, able to obtain full operational temperature after adding coolant & correcting leak. Cab of truck heated fully, all HVAC functions correct.
    • Inspected multifunction switch for concerns. Unable to re create concerns, all functions work. Due to mileage/ time, recommend replacing multifunction switch.
    • Install A/C test equipment: check A/C system pressures, low, recharged. Check A/C pressure switches, relays, compressor, controls and related power and ground circuits. Found compressor connector wires separated and shorting, secured, recommend new connector harness. Check system for leaks. Check for stored HVAC fault codes. Found A/C clutch relay failed, replaced. Removed and replaced A/C wiring harness.
    • Installed customer supplied license plates. Drilled hole in rear for back up camera.
    • Removed and replaced customer supplied adjustable track bar. Adjusted and road tested.
    • Removed and replaced drag link and connecting tie rod end. Removed and replaced steering damper. Road tested.
    • Removed and replaced wiper switch. Tested all functions.
    • Removed rear driveline and center support bearing. Found boot for yoke worn out, cleaned all parts flipped boot over and re secured. Installed new center support bearing and re installed driveline. Road tested.
    • Replace both batteries. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corosion inhibitor to terminals.
