Checked coolant, found cap failed pressure test. Installed new cap. Coolant in bottle has heavy debris and is past 100k service, recommend heavy cleaning. Pressure tested system, no leaks found.
Checked batteries: Left 675cca 12.57v, Right 510cca 12.57v, Les Schwab 9/2021. Recommend replacing batteries.
Install coolant flushing equipment. Flush and recover old coolant from system. Refill system with new coolant to proper freeze/boil protection. Check for proper thermostat operation. Added DEF, gauge in red & light on. Road test vehicle. Topped off coolant. Allow to sit overnight, may need slight top off from air bubble.
Replace both batteries. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corrosion inhibitor to terminals.

Checked for codes, none found. Used tested to confirm no tail lights, no left turn/ brake light; all others working. Checked fuses, found both F29 & F53 failed. Installed F53 20amp micro fuse and F29 mcase & fuse 20amp. Retested system, passed. Road tested.

Removed rear tires, calipers, pads, rotors and inspected. Found wheel seal leaking. Removed wheel seals and parking brake shoes. Cleaned area and parking brake shoes. Installed new wheel seals and reinstalled parking brake shoes. Installed new rotors, calipers and pads. Reinstalled tires and bled air from lines. Road tested.
Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Replace brake calipers. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Warranty calipers
Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
Rotate all 4 tires per manufactuer recommendation. Inspect for wear and set air pressures.

Drove truck into shop, shifted from 2wd to 4wd and back. Inspected front drive line, found the cardan joint severely damaged. May need further diagnostics when drive line is repaired.
Inspected rear drive line, found all parts look original. No wear noted at this time. Recommend rear drive line rebuild on a pro active basis due to age & miles. (one piece aluminum)
Removed front drive line, sent for rebuild. Driveline reinstalled after rebuild. Road test to confirm proper operation
Removed and replaced 3 u joints, 1 flange yoke, 1 CV pin yoke, straighten and balanced. Inv # 378198

Inspection found that Turbo vanes are stuck with turbo in over boost condition. Recommend replacement of turbocharger with actuator.
Removed the existing turbo and installed BD Components. Clear codes and road test to confirm proper operation.

Inspection found that noise was coming from the front brake pads. At some point the pads were replaced but the clips were not installed with the pads. The omission of the mounting hardware had the brake pads bouncing and banging in the calipers. Installed new brake pad hardware and road test to confirm noise free operation.
Removed existing cabin air filter and installed a new unit.

Road tested and inspected. Found right front wheel hub/ unit bearing has excessive movement. recommend replacing both wheel hub/ unit bearings.
Removed front tires and brakes. Removed wheel hubs, cleaned spindles and installed new wheel hubs. Reinstalled all removed parts and road tested.
Removed rear tires, calipers, hub, rotors. Found rear wheel seals leaking, removed and replaced rear wheel seals. Cleaned all parts and installed new rotors, pads and calipers. Reinstalled all removed parts. Completed brake fluid flush and bled air from system. Road tested.
Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
Removed all parts necessary and removed serpentine belt. Inspected tensioner and pulley. Installed new serpentine belt and re installed all removed parts. Road tested.
