Road tested and inspected. Found right front wheel hub/ unit bearing has excessive movement. recommend replacing both wheel hub/ unit bearings.
Removed front tires and brakes. Removed wheel hubs, cleaned spindles and installed new wheel hubs. Reinstalled all removed parts and road tested.
Removed rear tires, calipers, hub, rotors. Found rear wheel seals leaking, removed and replaced rear wheel seals. Cleaned all parts and installed new rotors, pads and calipers. Reinstalled all removed parts. Completed brake fluid flush and bled air from system. Road tested.
Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
Removed all parts necessary and removed serpentine belt. Inspected tensioner and pulley. Installed new serpentine belt and re installed all removed parts. Road tested.

Removed and replaced rear shocks.

Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: P04DB stored crankcase ventilation system disconnected. Inspected, no concerns found with crankcase system. Factory air box has been replaced with aftermarket system. Removed after market system and installed factory air box (client supplied), installed missing air box screws. Removed and replaced plugged cabin air filter. Cleared all codes and have client drive, return if codes return.
Remove air intake and EGR system components. Clean heavy carbon deposits from intake tracts, intake heater grid, EGR valve and passages, throttle body, etc. Reassemble with all necessary gaskets. Replace Crankcase breather element. Clear fault codes and road test.

Drained cooling system and removed right inner fender liner, air box, right battery and tray. Disconnected cooling system form degas bottle and removed bottle. Cleaned sediment from bottle and reinstalled. Re installed all removed parts and refilled coolant. Road tested.

Checked for codes: P202E active reductant injector circuit range/ performance, P218F active reductant no flow detected. Found PCM/ ECU has updates available. Updates completed, cleared codes and retested. Codes returned. Removed reductant injector and found a large amount of corrosion. Performed diesel exhaust doser pump override test, injector failed/ fully plugged. Recommend replacing reductant fluid injector.
Removed and replaced reductant fluid injector and installed new bolts. Cleared all codes and road tested. No codes returned. Topped off DEF fluid.
