- Coolant leak?
- Remove starter to lock down flywheel, Remove accessories at front of motor and lower crankshaft pulley. Remove water pump and housing. Install new water pump and housing. Remove the thermostat housing and cross tube. Remove existing thermostats and install new components. Reassemble all components and refill cooling system. Test drive to confirm proper thermostat and water pump operation and to bleed air from cooling system.
- Installed customer supplied radiator hoses and clamps
- When renewing the water pump the belt tensioner and pulleys were inspected showing excess wear. CComponents were replaced at this time.
- Renew fuel filter and transfer sensor. Bleed system and check for leaks
- Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
- Remove rear driveline and associated hardware. Remove the failed rear output seal. Clean mating area and install a new GM Seal. Re-Install the rear driveline and test drive to confirm proper leak free operation
- Power steering pressure hose leaking, Hydrobooster to pump.
