- Inspection found that coolant leak was due to faulty hose clamps on aftermarket upper radiator hose. Coolant leaked onto wiring harness causing running concerns until warm up complete. Removed the existing hose clamps, cleaned thermostat metal and re installed hose with new clamps, topped off coolant. While road testing, noted that temperature 185 stayed constant, possible thermostat concerns.
- Checked codes P0401 and P0404 for EGR open and flow insufficient; P0670 glow plug control module. Tested injector balance rates, provided copy. No smoke noted on test drive.
