- Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Serviced re usable air filter. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check external lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable. Found aftermarket lights wiring in plastic bags, bags are full of water and causing damage to wiring, placed drain holes in bags.
- Inspected rear drive line rear u joint. Inspected and found u joint rusted, applied grease, recommend replacing u joint with non greasable u joint instead of adjusting for grease zerk.
- Unbolted fan shroud and removed serpentine belt. Removed and replaced failed tensioner. Installed new belt due to old belt missing rib. Reinstalled all removed parts and road tested.
