- Inspected and found the axle disconnect on passengers side of pan and CV shaft are both shattered. No noise from rear.
- Differential lock actuator – Remove & Replace –
- Removed tire, loosened upper ball joint and disconnected brake line bracket from knuckle. Removed axle shaft and 4wd actuator, found actuator split in half required drilling/ tapping for removal. Installed new 4wd actuator and axle shaft. Re installed all removed parts. Road tested & verified 4wd operations.
