Noted: Air bag light on in dash
Inspection found serpentine belt failed. Parts of belt wrapped around alternator, crank and oil pump behind crank. Drained coolant, removed radiator, intercooler, fan and shroud to access crank pulley. Removed crank pulley and broken parts of belt. Inspected all pulleys and tensioner, no concerns found. Installed new belt and re installed all removed parts. Added fluids to recommended levels and road tested.

Checked for codes: P202E active reductant injector circuit range/ performance, P218F active reductant no flow detected. Found PCM/ ECU has updates available. Updates completed, cleared codes and retested. Codes returned. Removed reductant injector and found a large amount of corrosion. Performed diesel exhaust doser pump override test, injector failed/ fully plugged. Recommend replacing reductant fluid injector.
Removed and replaced reductant fluid injector and installed new bolts. Cleared all codes and road tested. No codes returned. Topped off DEF fluid.

Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Noted heat marks on all rotors. Lining remaining is: Front: 9mm Rear: 9mm. No concerns found in brake system. Road tested and verified noise is at tire speed rate. Noted screw in left rear tire, recommend tire repair and confirm noise is resolved.
