Removed core support cover, grill, left headlight assembly, disconnected driving lights, bumper, air filter box, right inner fender, right CAC tube, skid plate, splash shield, line clips, and lowered front differential. Removed all 3 transmission oil cooler lines, cleaned area and installed new lines. Reinstalled all removed parts. Added transmission fluid to recommended levels. Road tested.

Renewed both fuel filters, bled system and started vehicle. Cleaned areas of work and checked for leaks.
Removed rear tires, calipers, pads, rotors and inspected. Found wheel seal leaking. Removed wheel seals and parking brake shoes. Cleaned area and parking brake shoes. Installed new wheel seals and reinstalled parking brake shoes. Installed new rotors, calipers and pads. Reinstalled tires and bled air from lines. Road tested.
Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Replace brake calipers. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Warranty calipers
Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
Rotate all 4 tires per manufactuer recommendation. Inspect for wear and set air pressures.

Drove truck into shop, shifted from 2wd to 4wd and back. Inspected front drive line, found the cardan joint severely damaged. May need further diagnostics when drive line is repaired.
Inspected rear drive line, found all parts look original. No wear noted at this time. Recommend rear drive line rebuild on a pro active basis due to age & miles. (one piece aluminum)
Removed front drive line, sent for rebuild. Driveline reinstalled after rebuild. Road test to confirm proper operation
Removed and replaced 3 u joints, 1 flange yoke, 1 CV pin yoke, straighten and balanced. Inv # 378198

Check codes and print. Perform any necessary scanner tests to confirm failure. Cleared codes and road tested, P020C cylinder 3 injection timing returns immediate. Notable misfire is intermittent. Recommend tear down to inspect for injector connector failure.
Removed right inner fenderwell, air box, inlet horn to turbo, all wires to right battery, battery, 2 EGR heat shields, coolant from degas bottle and EGR crossover tube with gaskets and hardware. Removed two rear injector dampener covers and main heat shield behind EGR tube. Disconnected all 4 injector connectors, all connectors show distressed signs at pins. Disconnected ECM connectors and tested each injector, all injector connectors failed with wire test. Ohm's jump from OL to .5-6, to excessive ohm's. Removed and replaced all 4 right side injector connectors and retested. Confirmed all injector connectors passed with .6+ ohm's. Reinstalled all removed parts with new gaskets for EGR tube and topped off coolant. Cleared codes and road tested, confirmed no codes returned and no further misfire.
