Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: none. Performed power balance, all with in spec. Demand test & turbo actuator test, passed. EGR running test, failed. Unable to recreate black smoke. Recommend replacing EGR valve and further diagnostics if needed. Coolant smell is due to EGR cooler hose to oil cooler has slight leak, watch item.
Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling system. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
Drain water from water separator, remove secondary fuel filter and install new filter. Remove primary fuel filter, clean bowl and install new fuel filter. Purge air from fuel system and start vehicle. Inspect for proper operation
Drain transfer case and inspect for debris, refill with new fluid. Check linkage adjustment and for proper transfer case operation.

Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: P0675 cyl 5 glow plug circuit. Removed cyl 5 glow plug, tested. Cyl 5 glow plug failed test. Due to mileage advise replacing right bank glow plugs.
Removed all parts necessary to access right bank of glow plugs. Removed and replaced 4 glow plugs. Cleaned all connections and re installed all parts. Cleared codes and road tested.

Buzz checked all injectors on warm day, all injectors passed buzz test. Rechecked on day of cold temperature, all passed buzz test. Cleared codes. Test drove vehicle, no concerns. No codes returned.

Remove both exhaust manifolds for resurfacing. Clean all parting surfaces. Reinstall manifolds with updated gaskets and bolts. Run to operating temperature and recheck for leaks.
Remove, inspect and clean EGR valve assembly. Install EGR system cleaning equipment. Perform EGR system and engine crankcase cleaning procedure. Change engine oil and filter. Check for stored fault codes and reset system. Road test vehicle.
Removed failed turbocharger. Intake tube failed due to degradation. Cleaned area. Installed new turbo charger with new intake tube.
Renew fuel filter and inspect for leaks.
