    Services Performed
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Found back 3 blind bolt holes stripped of threads and had been siliconed in place. Removed cross member to access bolt holes, drilled an tapped all 3 holes. Inserted steel helicoil. Cleaned area and re installed cross member. Noted: unable to use after market spin on filter due to thread adapter installed, only able to use factory spin on filter with threads removed. Renew filters and pan gasket. Sealed over night. Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle to operational temperature.
    • Removed air intake horn to motor and all parts to access intake plate/ heater grid. Cleaned area, removed intake plate and cleaned intake area. Installed Banks intake plate. Reinstalled removed parts. Installed Banks intake monster horn, re installed all remaining parts. Road tested.
    • Disconnected both batteries. Removed right inner fenderwell, battery, and air box. Removed and replaced battery tray on right side (client supplied). Re installed all removed parts.

    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check external lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • Renewed both fuel filters, bled system and started vehicle. Cleaned areas of work and checked for leaks.
    • Inspected washer fluid functions, found right side spray low. Found washer fluid sprayer nozzle broken in hose. Removed and replaced nozzle.

    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: P202D reductant leakage, P20E8 reductant pressure too low. Tested DEF system: selective catalytic reduction visual leakage passed, catalytic reduction dosing measurement passed. All tests passed at this time. Due to age/ mileage recommend replacing DEF heater & pump if it has not been completed yet.
    • Removed DEF tank. Removed and replaced DEF sending unit/ heater and pump. Re installed tank. Performed refill strategy relearn and tested pump functions.

    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – R3500 Engine
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Cleaned off possible leak at oil cooler, recheck next visit
    • During inspection found coolant leak at bypass hose for delete. Added an additional clamp and tightened old clamp. Topped off coolant.

    • FUEL INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – Diesel,Automatic Trans
    • Unplug water in fuel sensor and remove existing fuel filter from vehicle. Transfer water in fuel sensor to the new filter and install in vehicle. Prime the system and restart vehicle checking for leaks
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER – Remove & Replace – Hydraulic – [Includes: Bleed Power Steering System.]
    • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – Pressure,w/Hydraulic Brake Booster,Both – [Includes: R&I Fender Liner.] – [Includes: Bleed System.]
    • Remove the Charge air tubes, boots and clamps. Clean all components and reinstall all.
    • Recenter down pipe clamp and tighten
    • WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD,4WD Front,Both
    • Left front axle seal leaks: Clean & watch

    • Removed bumper and grilled to access transmission cooler lines. Removed and replaced all transmission oil cooler lines. Re installed bumper and grille with new, client supplied, head lamp assemblies. Added fluid to recommended levels.
    • Removed and replaced client supplied tail light assembly.
    • Power steering hose – Remove & Replace –
    • Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Install power steering additive to revitalize seals and road test vehicle.
    • Install coolant flushing equipment. Flush and recover old coolant from system. Refill system with new coolant to proper freeze/boil protection. Check for proper thermostat operation. Road test vehicle.
