    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Found air filter dirty, removed and replaced. Cabin air filter due for replacement via mileage. Inspected and found cabin air filter plugged/ dirty, removed and replaced. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • Drain fuel filter by tank, remove cartridge and clean housing. Install new cartridge and reassemble. Perform bleed procedure and reset maintenance minder

    • DEF Fluid quality message was present but no active codes in system. No history or freeze frame data to coincide with the warning message. Took a DEF fluid sample form the injector and volume/quality was right in spec. Used scan tool to activate pump / sensors and triggered a static regen. Truck completed regen and warning message has disappeared. Truck currently operating as designed. If a re occurrence happens, it may be prudent to start with software updates thru GM.
    • If we get time truck needs LOF.
    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.

    • Removed front struts and installed leveling kit. Re installed front struts. Sent for alignment and road tested.
    • Completed front end alignment for installation of leveling kit.

Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • Drain transfer case and inspect for debris, refill with new fluid. Check linkage adjustment and for proper transfer case operation.
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Adjust bands if needed. Renew filter and pan gasket. Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle.

    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Checked codes: P0261, P0264, P0279, P0282, P0611 (see copies of 14 other codes in other modules). Tested FICM due to P0611. FICM test failed. Due to mileage recommend replacing FICM and wiring harness to injectors. After repair recommend retesting injectors after sitting overnight & can test hot/ cold.
    • FUEL INJECTOR HARNESS – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty,6.0L Eng – [NOTE: Labor estimates listed are for R&R only and DOES NOT include diagnosis time.]
    • FUEL INJECTION POWER MODULE – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty,6.0L Eng FICM – [Includes: Programming.]
    • All injectors passed buzz test and truck fired up and ran well. No codes present.

    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Inspected and found coolant leak from flywheel cover plate on housing, recommend replacing gasket. Client reported overheating and coolant loss. Last thermostats, water pump, radiator, coolant flush?
    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: P0401 EGR flow insufficient, P0087 fuel rail pressure too low. Injector rates 1) -1.48, 2)2.8, 3) 4.89, 4)-1.61, 5) 0.73, 6) -1.33, 7)-1.61, 8) -1.
    • Drained motor oil, coolant and refrigerant. Removed inner fender wells, CAC tubes & boots, air box & inlet hose, front grill, bumper, transmission cooler lines, fan shroud & fan, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, radiator and cleaned area's. Removed heater hoses, fuse box & wire/ connectors, steering shaft, master cylinder and all lines to booster. Removed and replaced hydroboost. Unbolted nerf step/ bars, cab bolts, disconnected wiring, unclipped parking brake cable and transmission shift cable. Unbolted cab mounts and lifted cab. Unbolted exhaust and removed turbo, removed right side parts to injectors. Removed all parts on front of motor to high pressure fuel pump. Removed all parts on left to injectors. Cleaned motor valley and all parts. Removed cover plate and gasket due to coolant leak on right rear of adapter plate. Installed new high pressure fuel pump with mounting plate. Removed and replaced fuel return lines. Removed and replaced intake gaskets with new o rings. Removed and replaced water pump with gasket/ o ring. Removed and replaced thermostats. Removed and replaced idler pulleys, serpentine belt tension, alternator and water pump bypass hose with new clamps. Removed all injectors, cleaned area and installed new injectors. Installed new injector fuel return lines. Re installed all removed parts on left, right and center with new gaskets/ o rings/ clamps as needed. Removed and replaced turbo coolant hose. Installed new turbo with install kit. Removed and replaced all power steering lines. Fuel filter was not original, Installed OE style filter and new water sensor. Installed new upper and lower radiator hose. Installed new degas cap and serpentine belt. Tested all glow plugs, passed. Removed and replaced failed transmission cooler line clip. Re installed all removed parts and cab. Charged A/C. Installed motor oil with new filter and coolant. (see oil cooler line). Reprogrammed PCM injectors numbers then reprogrammed GPC injector numbers. Bled air out of power steering system with new fluid. Performed turbo learn procedures, passed. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 6.1
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace -Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 2.0
    • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace -Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 2.0
    • FUEL INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 12.0
    • Removed all parts needed to access fuel injectors. Removed fuel injectors/ CP3 pump. Sent all for testing. Re installed CP3 pump and replaced all injectors. Re installed all parts with new fuel filter. Road tested, checked for codes, checked for leaks.
    • Alternator – Remove & Replace Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 1.4
    • Replace both batteries and battery bolts. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corrosion inhibitor to terminals. Repaired washer fluid line behind driver side battery.
    • Found coolant leaking after adding fluids. Inspected and found left side of adapter plate, between motor & transmission to oil

    • Checked for codes, none found. Unable to duplicate concern. All 4wd functions normal at this time.
    • Drain transfer case and inspect for debris, refill with new fluid. Check linkage adjustment and for proper transfer case operation.
    • Inspected and found transfer case rear output seal has moderate leak. Removed rear driveline to access seal. Removed and replaced rear output seal. Re installed driveline and road tested. Verified no leaks.
    • Removed PTO covers, cleaned all surfaces. Installed new gaskets and resealed PTO covers. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Drain fluid and remove pan. Inspect for debris and clean pan. Change internal filter and reinstall pan. Change external filter. Refill unit with new fluid. Road test and check for leaks.
    • Removed all parts necessary to access arms. Removed and replaced Idler and Pitman arm. Re installed all removed parts. Road tested.
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Removed all parts necessary to access hydroboost. Removed and replaced hydroboost. Re installed all removed parts. Added fluids to recommended levels. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Removed and replaced both failed third brake light bulbs.
    • Inspected and found both high pressure hoses leaking. Removed and replaced both high pressure power steering hoses. Cleaned area. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • Inspected client supplied seat cover. Found cover does not have correct cut outs for power seat controls.
    • Removed and replaced both rear shocks with client supplied shocks. Found 1 client supplied front shock missing upper bushing kit. Installed 1 client supplied front shock. Installed 1 shop supplied front shock on left front. Placed client supplied shock w/ missing bushing kit back into truck for client to return.
    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check all exterior lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • Unplug water in fuel sensor and remove existing fuel filter from vehicle. Transfer water in fuel sensor to the new filter and install in vehicle. Prime the system and restart vehicle checking for leaks

    • Install A/C test equipment: check A/C system pressures. Check A/C pressure switches, relays, compressor, controls and related power and ground circuits. Check system for leaks. Check for stored HVAC fault codes. B1058 door control performance, B105D door travel too large (stored). Tested door functions, no concerns found. A/C low on freon, recharged. Added dye to system for future diagnostics. Removed and replaced schrader valve in both lines.
    • Checked connections on tail lights, found corrosion. Cleaned and applied dielectric grease. No further concerns found.
