    • Inspected and found the axle disconnect on passengers side of pan and CV shaft are both shattered. No noise from rear.
    • Differential lock actuator – Remove & Replace –
    • Removed tire, loosened upper ball joint and disconnected brake line bracket from knuckle. Removed axle shaft and 4wd actuator, found actuator split in half required drilling/ tapping for removal. Installed new 4wd actuator and axle shaft. Re installed all removed parts. Road tested & verified 4wd operations.

    • Greased and inspected for steering concerns. Found both pitman arm and idler arm are popping with movement. Recommend replacing idler arm and pitman arm with front end alignment.
    • Vehicle Condition Inspection: Visually inspect steering and suspension systems. Inspect exhaust system. Check belts and hoses. Check all fluid levels and condition. Check all external lighting. Check charging and starting systems. Check brakes at all 4 wheels. Check for fault codes. Check for service bullitens and recall notices. Road test vehicle.     • Removed the existing encoder motor and installed a replacement GM motor. Re attach all components and test for proper operation.

    • FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – Diesel Both Sides,All Eight
    • FUEL INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – Diesel,Automatic Trans
    • Unplug water in fuel sensor and remove existing fuel filter from vehicle. Transfer water in fuel sensor to the new filter and install in vehicle. Prime the system and restart vehicle checking for leaks
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER – Remove & Replace – Hydraulic – [Includes: Bleed Power Steering System.]
    • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – Pressure,w/Hydraulic Brake Booster,Both – [Includes: R&I Fender Liner.] – [Includes: Bleed System.]
    • Remove the Charge air tubes, boots and clamps. Clean all components and reinstall all.
    • Recenter down pipe clamp and tighten
    • WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD,4WD Front,Both
    • Left front axle seal leaks: Clean & watch

    • Removed bumper and grilled to access transmission cooler lines. Removed and replaced all transmission oil cooler lines. Re installed bumper and grille with new, client supplied, head lamp assemblies. Added fluid to recommended levels.
    • Removed and replaced client supplied tail light assembly.
    • Power steering hose – Remove & Replace –
    • Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Install power steering additive to revitalize seals and road test vehicle.
    • Install coolant flushing equipment. Flush and recover old coolant from system. Refill system with new coolant to proper freeze/boil protection. Check for proper thermostat operation. Road test vehicle.

    • Drain fuel filter by tank, remove cartridge and clean housing. Install new cartridge and reassemble. Perform bleed procedure and reset maintenance minder

    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Inspected and found coolant leak from flywheel cover plate on housing, recommend replacing gasket. Client reported overheating and coolant loss. Last thermostats, water pump, radiator, coolant flush?
    • Diesel electronic engine control system performance tests: Check for stored fault codes. Monitor data stream parameters. Check fuel supply and delivery systems. Check glow plug/intake heater system as equipped. Perform pinpoint tests for listed fault codes. Codes: P0401 EGR flow insufficient, P0087 fuel rail pressure too low. Injector rates 1) -1.48, 2)2.8, 3) 4.89, 4)-1.61, 5) 0.73, 6) -1.33, 7)-1.61, 8) -1.
    • Drained motor oil, coolant and refrigerant. Removed inner fender wells, CAC tubes & boots, air box & inlet hose, front grill, bumper, transmission cooler lines, fan shroud & fan, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, radiator and cleaned area's. Removed heater hoses, fuse box & wire/ connectors, steering shaft, master cylinder and all lines to booster. Removed and replaced hydroboost. Unbolted nerf step/ bars, cab bolts, disconnected wiring, unclipped parking brake cable and transmission shift cable. Unbolted cab mounts and lifted cab. Unbolted exhaust and removed turbo, removed right side parts to injectors. Removed all parts on front of motor to high pressure fuel pump. Removed all parts on left to injectors. Cleaned motor valley and all parts. Removed cover plate and gasket due to coolant leak on right rear of adapter plate. Installed new high pressure fuel pump with mounting plate. Removed and replaced fuel return lines. Removed and replaced intake gaskets with new o rings. Removed and replaced water pump with gasket/ o ring. Removed and replaced thermostats. Removed and replaced idler pulleys, serpentine belt tension, alternator and water pump bypass hose with new clamps. Removed all injectors, cleaned area and installed new injectors. Installed new injector fuel return lines. Re installed all removed parts on left, right and center with new gaskets/ o rings/ clamps as needed. Removed and replaced turbo coolant hose. Installed new turbo with install kit. Removed and replaced all power steering lines. Fuel filter was not original, Installed OE style filter and new water sensor. Installed new upper and lower radiator hose. Installed new degas cap and serpentine belt. Tested all glow plugs, passed. Removed and replaced failed transmission cooler line clip. Re installed all removed parts and cab. Charged A/C. Installed motor oil with new filter and coolant. (see oil cooler line). Reprogrammed PCM injectors numbers then reprogrammed GPC injector numbers. Bled air out of power steering system with new fluid. Performed turbo learn procedures, passed. Road tested and verified no leaks.
    • WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 6.1
    • THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace -Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 2.0
    • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace -Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 2.0
    • FUEL INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 12.0
    • Removed all parts needed to access fuel injectors. Removed fuel injectors/ CP3 pump. Sent all for testing. Re installed CP3 pump and replaced all injectors. Re installed all parts with new fuel filter. Road tested, checked for codes, checked for leaks.
    • Alternator – Remove & Replace Additional time during cab pull, normal billable hours 1.4
    • Replace both batteries and battery bolts. Clean battery tray. Clean cables and apply corrosion inhibitor to terminals. Repaired washer fluid line behind driver side battery.
    • Found coolant leaking after adding fluids. Inspected and found left side of adapter plate, between motor & transmission to oil
