    • Change engine oil and filter. Lube chassis. Visually inspect steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes and cooling systems. Check all fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect condition of drive belts and hoses. Check external lighting. Reset maintenance reminder if applicable.
    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – R3500 Engine
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Cleaned off possible leak at oil cooler, recheck next visit
    • During inspection found coolant leak at bypass hose for delete. Added an additional clamp and tightened old clamp. Topped off coolant.

    • FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – Diesel Both Sides,All Eight
    • FUEL INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – Diesel,Automatic Trans
    • Unplug water in fuel sensor and remove existing fuel filter from vehicle. Transfer water in fuel sensor to the new filter and install in vehicle. Prime the system and restart vehicle checking for leaks
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER – Remove & Replace – Hydraulic – [Includes: Bleed Power Steering System.]
    • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – Pressure,w/Hydraulic Brake Booster,Both – [Includes: R&I Fender Liner.] – [Includes: Bleed System.]
    • Remove the Charge air tubes, boots and clamps. Clean all components and reinstall all.
    • Recenter down pipe clamp and tighten
    • WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD,4WD Front,Both
    • Left front axle seal leaks: Clean & watch

    • Removed bumper and grilled to access transmission cooler lines. Removed and replaced all transmission oil cooler lines. Re installed bumper and grille with new, client supplied, head lamp assemblies. Added fluid to recommended levels.
    • Removed and replaced client supplied tail light assembly.
    • Power steering hose – Remove & Replace –
    • Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Install power steering additive to revitalize seals and road test vehicle.
    • Install coolant flushing equipment. Flush and recover old coolant from system. Refill system with new coolant to proper freeze/boil protection. Check for proper thermostat operation. Road test vehicle.

    • Greased all available grease zerks.
    • Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
    • Installed 7 way tested, confirmed all lights except tail lights work. Checked 4 way connector, same concern. Removed panel in cab to inspect fuses. Checked all fuses, found F2 107 max 20 amp fuse failed. Installed new fuse, retested for lights, still no function. Found F2 38 should have a 20 amp fuse, no fuse currently installed. Test with test fuse, lights worked. Recommend installing 20 amp maxi fuse, currently not in stock.
    • Adjusted parking brake, found peddle travel improved. If client has further concerns, recommend parking brake inspection/ replacement.
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Adjust bands if needed. Renew filter and pan gasket. Found drain plug sealed with silicone, installed new drain plug Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle.

    • EGR cooler hose has severe leak, coolant low & unable to test.
    • Replace front brake pad linings, rotors are not machinable. Replaced rotors. Replace brake calipers. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Suction out reservoir and install flushing equipment loaded with new fluid. Install suction on each caliper and recover old fluid. Clean area when finished.
    • Removed and replaced EGR cooler hose to cooler. Refilled cooling system. Road tested.
    • Removed both fan shrouds and fan, intake assembly, and degas bottle. Removed charge pipe, both power steering lines and power steering pump. Cleaned mounting surfaces and installed new pump. Installed new high pressure power steering lines and re installed all removed parts. Added fluids to recommended levels and completed fluid flush. Installed new clamp on supply hose to pump.
    • Removed and replaced steering damper.
    • Drain transmission and remove pan. Inspect for debris. Replaced filter and pan gasket. Refill transmission to capacity. Road test vehicle.
    • Drain water from water separator, remove secondary fuel filter and install new filter. Remove primary fuel filter, clean bowl and install new fuel filter. Purge air from fuel system and start vehicle. Inspect for proper operation

    • Inspection found left manifold leaking with broken hardware. Oil leak noted at oil feed line. Recommend new manifolds, hardware and turbo fittings for oil leak. Checked codes: P0401 EGR A flow insufficient detected.
    • Drained coolant, removed intake, upper & lower intake manifolds, hot side charge pipe, turbo, up pipes and manifolds with heat shields. Found excessive oil/ carbon build up causing low flow & EGR codes. Cleaned build up. Inspected for coolant leak at rear of motor. Found coolant and oil fitting quick connects have large leaks. Removed and replaced all 3 fittings. Cleaned head surface for manifolds. Installed new manifolds with gaskets, studs, nuts and heat shield bolts. Re installed turbo, up pipes and down pipe with new gaskets, nuts, and studs on manifold to up pipe. Installed new gaskets on upper intake manifold and installed all removed parts. Installed new air filter and filled with new coolant. Road tested and inspected for leaks.
